Company History

Hong Poh Air-Condition & Engineering was established in 5th July 1995 by Chua Bros as Air-Conditioning System Fabricator with a primary focus on giving the customers the right products and design a fair price while backing that products with attention to details exceptional customer service and after sales service. Hong Poh Air-Condition & Engineering provided all the services related to Air-condition, included the Air Conditioning System, Process piping, Service and Repairing.

In 15th Sept,2005 Hong Poh Air-Condition & Engineering has expended and converted the company to Sdn Bhd, meanwhile Chua Bros also started to establish another division focus and build up the Air Pollution controls equipments.

Now, the two companies have 5 engineers and 25 technicians to execute all the projects and R&D. The staff of engineers and customer service professionals here will see that your requests are taken care of in a timely manner. Our R&D team of experts is constantly researching the most innovative and technologically advanced methods for improving the performance of our products. So that, we can provide you with a superior, cost efficient product. We are committed to long-term partnerships with our customers.

Products and Services

Design and Fabrication of the air conditioning system, air pollution equipments, exhaust and ventilation system know how and experience gained over many years from past and on going projects are continuously observed and analyzed, in a dedicated effort to improved the end product reliability and ensure customers requirements are fully met.
Besides, HP Engineering also manufacture the G.I Ducting (Spiral, Round, Square and Rectangular) and Aluminum flexible duct - Single and Double Layer (Hong Poh Flexiduct ®)
Other than the above, Hong Poh Engineering also have mutual partnership with oversea air pollution control equipment manufacturer and the raw material supplier to make sure:

1)The improvement of the equipment design and technology
2)The workshop production and customer goods delivery will be on time.

Air Duct For Multiple Zone

Multiple zone systems can provide each zone with air by air duct at different temperature by heating or cooling the air system in each zone. Alternatetive design strategies involve delivering air at a constant temperature while varying the volume of airflow or modulating room temperaturewith a supplementary.

We provided the services such as :

We proveded the services to our customer such as air conditioning ductwork, replacement of pump bearing & motor bearing, fan pulley with V-belt for AHU ( Air Handler Unit ), repair and service cooling tower fan motor, chemical cleaning & steam cleaning for cooling coil of AHU and etc.

Cooling Tower

Cooling tower offer a relatively inexpensive way to cool water, as long as you can use 80F ~ 85F ( 26.6 C~ 29.4 C ) water to do the cooling.
These cooling tower have a capacity range that starts at 25 tons ~ max.1000 tons.
We provided the services such as new installation of condenser water piping and condenser water pump.

Centrifugal Fan

This kind of centrifugal fan worked as kitchen exhaust system to suck out smoke from kitchen to outside environment. Suction side of exhaust fan was connected to rectangular or round duct as a containment of kitchen smoke.

Vacuum Pump

Vacuum pump normally used in product manufacturing plant.

We provided the service such as new installation, dismantle,

repair, alignment and etc.
